This is from George Hart's creation called frabjous (see picture below.) He uses laser cutters on acrylic sheets or plywood.
I used previously used clear food containers and had to invent my own hooking system to make all the pieces stay together without glue. Non-toxic school glue won't stick to #1 plastic, and sticky tape looks ugly.
